Using Send A Roast

By creating an account or using Send A Roast, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the service only where lawful.

Send A Roast is built for lighthearted digital cards shared among friends, relatives, classmates, teammates, and coworkers who can reasonably expect the joke.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for every roast you create and share. Do not use the service to harm, intimidate, deceive, or unlawfully target another person.

• No threats, hate speech, slurs, targeted harassment, sexual harassment, stalking, or encouragement of violence.
• No private or identifying information posted without permission, including addresses, phone numbers, financial information, credentials, or intimate material.
• No impersonation, fraud, malware, automated abuse, attempts to bypass rate limits, or interference with the service.
• No content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Your content and public links

You keep ownership of text you submit. You give Send A Roast a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service.

Anyone with a roast link may be able to open and reshare it. Do not put confidential information in recipient names, sender names, custom roasts, sincere messages, or report notes.

Reports and moderation

A report may take a roast offline immediately while it is reviewed. We may restore, remove, or permanently delete content; restrict creation; suspend accounts; apply strikes; or ban accounts based on the content, context, history, safety risk, or legal requirements.

Moderation decisions are made in good faith but may not be immediate or error-free. Contact support@sendaroast.com if you believe a decision needs another look.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause, or discontinue features, limits, templates, or the service. We may also update these terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.

The service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from every error. To the extent allowed by law, Send A Roast is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Account termination and contact

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated, when required by law, or when needed to protect users or the service.
